We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated and passionate individual to lead our F45 Training studio in Paddington (Queensland), consistently one of Brisbane’s leading F45 studios and moving into its next stage of growth

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As F45 Paddington Business Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Studio, training for our Coaches, consistently driving membership sales and most importantly, ensure our F45 Members receive the highest standard of fitness experience each time they train with us. You will also be pivotal in driving growth for our F45 studio into the Paddington fitness community, and working closely with our other Studios to align and execute leading practices.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete ownership of day to day operations of the studio.
- Manage your team from the front, showing genuine care and responsibility for their growth including recruiting, on-going training and delivering the onboarding program for all staff
- Maintain and grow the total membership base and oversee all aspects of the membership sales process
- Increase studio conversion rate and achieve client retention goals
- Drive client referral program
- Creating and maintaining a vibrant, fun and positive studio culture for our members and staff
- Be innovative and creative to continuously improve our members' experience
- Leading by example and taking ownership of the studio’s success in the local area which includes proactive in local community involvement
- Work with our group marketing team to showcase the strengths and differences of the F45 Paddington experience.
- Content creation for the purposes of social media and advertising, showing confidence in showcasing the studio to the local community with authenticity
- Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to members and staff

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year management experience, ideally in F45 or related businesses.
- Well-presented with professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, with an understanding of the importance in achieving set goals
- Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organisational, and written skills
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody Online, as well as various media platforms
- Fitness Registration will be highly regarded
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
