**What's on offer?**:
The role involves:
- Checking construction plans
- Building submissions to utility and other authorities
- Plan submissions for approval from land developers
- Submissions to building surveyor for building permits
**What can you bring?**:
Your high attention to detail, organisational skills and time management as well as your ability to negotiate win-win outcomes with third parties will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
You will also bring:
- Experience in the construction industry
