**Requirements**:
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role based in Banksmeadow will assist the payroll function, prepare the required paperwork for employee induction and deliver reports to relevant stakeholders.

**What you will be doing**:

- Payroll
- Process Annual Leave Cash Out & Termination Pays
- Answer payroll enquires
- Complete payroll journals on a fortnightly and monthly basis
- Check the pre-pay confirmation report for each pay run to ensure pay rates, hours and the amount being paid are correct
- Employment Paperwork
- Complete pre-employment paperwork
- Prepare HR legal documents (employment contracts, variation letters, acknowledgement letters & employment justification)
- Prepare & deliver employment contracts and letters
- File documents in the proper folder or drive
- Assist the HR Manager with given tasks
- Deliver employee reports and the required paperwork to the HR Manager

**Benefits**

Essential:

- Qualifications in Finance or Human Resource Management
- At least one to two years of experience in either Finance, Human Resource Management or a related position
- Excellent Microsoft Excel (v-Lookup, Sorting, Charts, Macros) and Word (Templates, reviews, references and mailings) skills

Desirable:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of HR legislation
