The Administration Officer’s duties include:

- Receiving, maintaining and coordinating student information in the student databases and maintaining physical student files.
- Performing manual synchronisation of updates between databases.
- Managing archiving of leaving student files with assistance from Archivist, and relocation of incoming student files from Enrolments.
- Assisting with data entry and distribution of student information. Managing and coordinating internal room and function bookings and requirements, including creating signs.
- Managing requests and bookings for students.
- Identifying areas for process improvement or to implement change, including creating workflows and process documentation.
- Assisting with creating and maintaining Administration process documentation.
- Receiving and organising distribution of incoming deliveries.
- Taking and distributing minutes of fortnightly administration meetings.
- Covering Reception**.**:

- Any other duties as may be required.

**Salary**: $44,149.22 - $84,721.50 per year

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
