- Reference Join a leading supplier within the valving space as they’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Major Accounts Manager to provide exceptional technical support to their valued external customers and grow their market share across Queensland. As a Major Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for promoting their products, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a professional and friendly relationship between external and internal stakeholders.

**The Position**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, creating a seamless experience.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate valves and instrumentation servicing, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and compliance with standards, verifying product quality.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in Sales Logics, providing critical insights into sales trends and customer preferences.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office and contributing to the overall success of the business.
- 3+ years’ experience as an External Sales Engineer/Account Manager within the Valve and instrumentation industry or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and equipment selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Logics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
