**About the role**

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Supervisor to fulfil the following duties:

- Daily management of the Accounts Payable team including allocation of work and projects;
- Coding, entering, and paying of invoices for all entities;
- Providing a contact point for accounts queries, both internal and external;
- Cash Forecasting on a weekly basis;
- Preparation of EOM payment plan and proactively liaising with key suppliers;
- Credit card management and reconciliations;
- Liaising with the company banking contact when suspicious transactions appear on company credit cards and bank statements;
- Petty Cash management;
- Monitoring and ensuring timely entry of invoices;
- Ensuring invoices are compliant with ATO guidelines;
- EOM Reporting;
- Supporting Statement and Statutory Declaration preparation for submitting claims;
- Liaising with Project Managers to list all paid, unpaid, and disputed invoices for each project;
- Bank reconciliations on an ad hoc basis;
- Yearly Taxable Payments Reporting to the ATO;
- Provide support to CFO, EGM, and Managing Director as required;
- Assisting in collation of documents for auditors as required;
- Accounts Receivable invoice processing;
- Performance review and monitoring of the Accounts Payable team members.

**About you**

To be successful, you will need to have 5 - 10 years' of experience in a similar role and possess the following experience and qualities:

- 2-5 years managing a team under your supervision;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, often changing environment with the ability to concentrate on multiple tasks at once;
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision;
- Be an advanced Excel user with the ability to use Macro, Pivot Tables, and Look Up functions;
- Have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new programs and systems;
- Experience with Vista by Viewpoint would be highly desirable but is not essential.
