About the role:

We are partnering with a mission‑driven non‑profit that's the leading voice in dementia care across Western Australia. This full‑time Care Operations Manager role, based in Subiaco, offers you the opportunity to lead high‑quality, person‑centred services for people living with dementia and their carers.

You'll oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, ensure compliance and quality standards, drive continual improvement and collaborate across stakeholders — all within an organisation recognised for its dementia‑expertise, advocacy and partnership work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily care operations and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee operational planning, budgets, and performance metrics.

About You

  • Experienced leader in care operations, preferably in aged or community care.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for people living with dementia.
  • Excellent communicator and team motivator.
  • Strategic thinker with operational and financial acumen.
