**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Based in their busy, St Leonards office 5 days a week, with no wfh options, you will be the ambassador of first impressions. Welcome visitors, issue access cards, assist employees and liaise with couriers. You will be the 'go-to' for any questions the team may have and will love building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**DUTIES**
- Meet and greet clients, providing a 5* customer service
- Answer the phones
- Handle mail and coordinate couriers
- Look after meeting rooms, and ensure they are tidy and presentable for each meeting
- Assist security with access passes
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Adhoc and administration tasks as required

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Switched on and proactive attitude
- Presentable and fantastic communication skills
- Reception experience is desirable but not a must
- The ability to assist in an ongoing capacity and even go permanent

In summary, this role will be a fun and busy position, where you will have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life You will have a proactive approach and a 'no job is too big or small' attitude. This is an amazing company to have on your resume
