**Leading global brand is looking for a Risk Culture specialist with a solid understanding of behavioural change and psychology. Your remit will cover all of the 1st line activities across all areas of the organisation. It is less about policy and frameworks and more about interaction and changing behaviour Being the only 1st line team in the organisation this role deals with a variety of different stakeholders and units. You will assist with the running of workshops to 1st line teams so you must be able to facilitate and be comfortable with the material.**
**Experience required for the role**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Change, Sociology, Organisational Development, or a related field would be highly regarded
- Proven experience in Risk Management and/or hands on experience in Risk Culture.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a risk management, culture, organisational development, and/or project capacity within a large corporation.
- Passionate about culture change and ideally hold a knowledge of organisational and risk culture with good understanding of organisational psychology & behavioural science frameworks
- Financial services experience preferred but not required.
- Sound stakeholder management skills
