We have an opportunity available for a Risk Management Analyst - Framework, Governance and Reporting to join our Enterprise Risk and Compliance team. Reporting to our Head of Operational Risk and Business Continuity, this is an exceptional opportunity for a current risk management analyst or someone with a strong background in communications and secretariat who is passionate about commencing their career within Risk.

Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our Corporate Policy Governance Framework, coordination of risk management governance forums through secretariat support and management and tracking of issues, bugs, access requests and user support for our Third-Party Management system.

  • Coordinate the tracking and reporting of corporate policies including management of policy registers
  • Support a network of coordinators in each business unit to ensure compliance with our Corporate Policy Governance Framework
  • Provide secretariat support to required management committees
  • Triaging and resolving various system, data, process and risk framework queries supporting our Third Party Management system

To achieve this successfully you will require:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working with data and strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking ability and an analytical and innovative mindset

Our ideal candidate will have previous work experience in the Australian Financial Services Industry and practical experience with operational risk management frameworks.
