Digital Experience and Automation Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and managing the website and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot) to enhance our online presence and engage customers. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to optimise digital experiences and campaigns that align with our marketing and business objectives.
- Responsible for managing and optimising the website to enhance performance, user experience and search engine visibility.
- You will collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, design, sales and IT to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct audits to identify and resolve technical issues or broken links
- Responsible for SEO strategies to improve websites organic search visibility
- Optimise web content, meta tags, landing pages, call to actions and user flows for increased conversions and improved search rankings
- Monitor digital marketing analytics including website traffic, user behaviour, conversion rates and campaign performance
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPI’s and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation
- Oversee data management and governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective use of marketing systems and tools.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital experience roles
- Extensive knowledge and experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
- Experience with UX/UI principles and best practice
- Solid understanding of marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with a focus on driving business results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends.
