About Us

Digital Route is a fast-growing marketing automation agency based in Melbourne. We help mortgage brokers, buyer's agents, and service businesses scale with clarity, smart ads, and automation.

We are offering an internship opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn the ropes of client success and task management inside a real marketing agency.

What You'll Do


• Assist with client communication (emails, updates, and follow-ups).


• Help manage tasks and deadlines in our project tools (ClickUp, Notion, GoHighLevel).


• Support with updating dashboards, reports, and deliverables.


• Work closely with the CEO and team to coordinate projects and ensure smooth delivery.


• Learn how client success works in a modern marketing agency environment.

What We're Looking For


• Good communication skills (fluent English).


• Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude.


• Interest in digital marketing, client communication, or project management.


• Willingness to learn and take initiative.


• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or CRM systems is a plus (but not required).
