Head of Customer Relationship Management - Workers Compensation & Absence

Direct Health Solutions is one of Australia's largest 24x7 telehealth providers for employers, offering a range of specialist injury, workforce absence and employee medical services nationally. each year we handle in excess of 500,000 Telehealth and medical service interactions.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations professional to ensure DHS remains at the forefront of innovative solutions to propel our growth and customer retention.

As part of Sedgwick, DHS has access to incredible global resources, and local capabilities to support the implementation of innovate solutions.

About You
- Extensive experience in corporate health and injury management
- A strong commercial orientation
- Ability to lead sales at all levels, from directors through to HR managers
- Seeking to work in a consulting environment

DHS was recently acquired by Sedgwick, a global leader in claims, workers compensation and workforce absence solutions.

DHS services are underpinned by a team of telehealth triage nurses, supported by a national network of selected occupational oriented doctors, physiotherapists and psychologists. Our services are powered by technology platforms designed to centralise workforce data and create efficiencies and improved program outcomes.

DHS is located in North Sydney, however we will consider applicants from anywhere in Australia.
