Our opportunity
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will Identify the needs of customers and provide an opportunity for those needs to be met. Be a trusted expert in Mirvac product and general property.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attend meetings with S&M, Development and Construction teams in Head Office and on site.
  • Prepare, compile and send correspondences to customers.
  • Manage and report on customer settlement risk
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolution of issues
  • Provide solution-focused customer service
  • Ensure HSE is proactively prioritised and monitored
  • Plan, manage and deliver end-to-end customer journey
  • Oversee the post-completion process, including defect management and customer support
  • Undertake CRM Inspections.
  • Manage and undertake viewings with purchasers (Occasionally required on the weekends).
  • Manage and undertake valuation inspections.
  • Manage and undertake pre-settlement inspections with purchasers (Occasionally required on the weekends).
  • Assist with compiling the settlement packs for handover to the customers or their representatives.
  • Mange and undertake handover with customers at settlement (Occasionally required on the weekends).
  • Assist S&M and Development with Sales Launches (Occasionally required on the weekends).
  • Maintain customer files and database on Salesforce and the Mirvac Customer Portal
  • Liaise with external agencies, contractors, solicitors and suppliers.
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless processes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet customer's needs.
  • Exhibit an exceptional level of customer service.
  • High level communication within S&M to share knowledge and achieve best practices

Your point of difference
You have 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service roles (retail, hospitality) and ideally some prior experience in Real Estate or for a home builder.

You will also need a Drivers' licence and access to a car to travel across our sites (south west Sydney) and Head Office (CBD).

You will also have:

  • Good Microsoft Suite skills
  • Database management systems skills
  • Solid commercial / financial/ legal/ compliance acumen
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Well presented
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
