Our client is a leading global provider of critical infrastructure technologies for Data Centres. They are in a robust growth trajectory, and they are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join their expanding Sales team.
In this critical role, you will leverage your proven experience in account management to cultivate and strengthen a strategic partnership with a Tier 1 Telco in Australia.
You will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive account development plan, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
**To excel in this opportunity, you possess**:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrably successful experience managing a Telco account within the Australian market.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A proven track record of building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- A strong results-oriented mindset and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
- The resiliency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Experience in a matrix organizational structure is a plus.
