**What’s the opportunity?**

We are looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Wholesale Account Manager in NSW, who thrives on building strong long-term relationships with their customers.

The purpose of this role is to retain and grow revenue from our Wholesale Customers. You'll do this by being a fantastic relationship builder, following through on commitments made and advocating for your customers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide strategic account management, through the development of effective and influential customer engagement
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key stakeholders across the customers organisation
- Management of the end to end sales process from opportunity identification to close using Vocus’ sales methodology
- Maintain existing revenue and win incremental business with designated customers
- Respond and work with leads to bring on new partners in NSW
- Provide excellent customer service with quick response times
- Build and manage an effective sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Influence and educate customers on Vocus' products, vision and value proposition
- Maintain Salesforce accuracy - record every opportunity early, keep contact details up to date, make notes of conversations

**What you need to bring to the table**:

- Demonstrable success in a Sales Account Management role in the IT/Telecoms industry
- Experience working in Wholesale highly desirable
- Solid experience solution selling a complex Telecommunications product portfolio.
- A strong track record of exceeding specified targets/KPI's
- A high level of energy, determination, integrity, enthusiasm, creativity and a drive to succeed
- Your ability at building strong long-term relationships with customers must be second to none
- Be a team player and embody the Vocus “one team” culture
