  • Expertise in
    IMS
    ,
    EPC
    , and
    Policy
    systems related to
    VoLTE
    and
    VoWiFi
  • In-depth knowledge of
    VoLTE
    ,
    VoIP
    ,
    IMS
    , and
    Packet Core KPIs
    and best practices
  • Ability to investigate
    protocol traces
    and determine root cause for
    Voice and Data failures

Tooling & Automation Skills:

  • Experience with
    Polystar OSIX/Kalix
    ,
    Niometrics
    ,
    Groundhog
    , and
    probe brokers
  • Skilled in using
    IXIA
    ,
    Spirent
    , and
    packet inspection
    tools for testing and validation
  • Familiarity with
    deep packet inspection
    for troubleshooting and optimization

  • Strong
    telecom domain expertise

    VoLTE, IMS, VoIP, Packet Core, 4G, and 5G
  • Ability to
    communicate technical insights
