Our client based in Perth is looking for a Regional Services Coordinator

Our client based in Perth is looking for a Regional Services Coordinator for a temporary period. This is a great opportunity to work within a government department.

**Your new role**

The Regional Services Coordinator plans and leads the activities of the Regional Services Branch in the delivery of high quality and professional services. As a Regional Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team to ensure an effective and efficient high-quality service is provided to all customers
- Ensure consistency of work practices and procedures across the regions with appropriate implementation
- Review and adapt policies and procedures to promote continuous quality improvement
- Manage work allocation and distribution of files
- Monitor the Regional Office database to ensure all staff are recording information in the monthly reports
- Attend to escalated calls and personally respond to complex and sensitive regional enquires
- Provide coaching, mentoring, leadership, and support to all team members

Maintain effective communication and liaison with officers of the department and all internal and external stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

Experience in the similar position required but also:

- Ability to understand strategic objectives, analyse trends and factors with a strong focus on implementing improved work practices
- Experience leading a team and managing staff effectively across multiple locations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
