**About our Opportunity**

As a valued member of our Bayswater branch, you will work as part of a team of four to ensure we meet production schedules and customer commitments. You will be purchasing all third party products and screens required prior to production.

Key duties include:

- Ensuring purchases are ordered and lead times are communicated
- Working with Internal Sales team to prepare quotations and collate supplier product information
- Work with Operations to reduce and resolve issues with supply chain
- Communicate product issues with suppliers and work closely to rectify and improve quality and service
- Assist in pursuing new supply opportunities

**About you**

Ideally you will have previous purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment along with a keenness to work as part of a small collaborative team. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills supporting you to effectively build constructive relationships.

You will:

- pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- be a systematic, methodical and process-orientated administrator
- previous experience working with SAP would be highly advantageous
