Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC currently have a vacancy for an experienced **Recruitment Administrator.**

Based at our Corporate head office located in Bayswater, our internal Recruitment office is a hub of energy, positivity, and innovation. You'll work alongside a group of passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.

We will provide you with the latest recruitment technologies and tools to streamline your work.

**About the role**:

- Carry out onboarding administration for new recruits
- Raising Purchase orders for pre-employment medicals and PPE
- Maintain stock on shelf PPE levels, ensuring the team is prepared for any situation
- Booking client specific training
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed.
- All other duties as required

**About you**:

- You bring enthusiasm to everything you do
- The small things matter, you are meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- You are comfortable with modern recruitment tools and have Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Pronto experience highly regarded
- You adapt quickly, thriving in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Basic medical and National Police Clearance will be required.
