**The Role**
We are a very social and collaborative bunch that know-how to celebrate success, but most importantly, just get stuck into what we’re most passionate about product delivery. You will be working alongside a passionate and dedicated team of Engineers, but mainly be reporting into the Managing Director. To be successful, you will have:
Technical
- **Bachelor Degree in Business Management **or**HR/Recruitment**:

- Extensive experience recruiting in the IT space across Data, Software Engineering, DevOps, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure & Security or Project Services (**at least 4 years of commercial experience**). Will also be a mix of hiring non-technical roles as well for future growth
- You will know how to build talent pools for fast affective delivery
- Knowledge in technical and non-technical interviewing techniques
- Strong marketing capabilities to attract and approach top talent and promote our brand from within

Non-Technical
- Coaching & Projects: guiding the Engineers to follow up on project delivery and timeline (providing a heartbeat)
- Account Management: ensuring clients are being sought after and payments are being followed up with; triage and finance operations
- Infrastructure & Compliance: organizing our internal systems and process, re-scoping our infrastructure and providing simple due diligence
- Onboarding: helping make sure that current & future staff and clients are smoothly integrated into the Helix environment; following standard HR procedures
- Brand Management/Marketing: exposing the world (bit by bit) to Helix and embracing our culture and what we’re trying to build
