**About this role**:
This national architecture practice is looking to introduce the brand new role of Marketing Assistant and Bid Coordinator into their Sydney practice. In this role, you will be using your creative mindset to develop high standard client marketing materials, whilst also updating industry journals, websites and social media platforms. You will work collaboratively with the architects to help them produce capability statements and project proposals and consistently ensure they are using branding guidelines. You will attend regular meetings will be conducted with the global marketing team, where you can share your ideas and visions to help improve client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting colleagues with client facing materials and proactively assisting in market intelligence. This may include reviewing and analysing news outlets, industry journals, websites and more.
- Undertaking research through several channels to identify new business opportunities, working across regional teams across the business.
- Management of internal library of marketing and bid materials.
- Working with our teams to help keep collateral up to date, including editing these assets within the Adobe creative suite and InDesign.
- Assistance with compiling tender submissions, monitoring online portals and feedback.
- Maintenance of library of digital facing material, including commissioning and developing videography.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing/Graphics in the design industry.
- Proficient skills using the Adobe creative suite including illustrator, indesign, photoshop.
- Have a keen interest/desire for architecture
- A strong team player who is confident working and building relationships with people across a variety of locations, professions, and levels of seniority.
