**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

The role is primarily responsible for the planning, management and production of new business submissions, capability/bid docs, and tender submissions and helping support strategic business development initiatives. You will be a creative, detail-orientated individual able to produce compelling marketing materials that support the business development of this top tier Architectural practice.

**DUTIES.**
- Coordinate the bid preparation process from inception through to delivery
- Liaise with a diverse range of teams and subconsultants to coordinate, manage and develop content within timeframes
- Assist in developing bid strategies and content development workshops with project teams
- Coordinate the production of bids including printing, binding and delivery
- Demonstrate initiative to leverage bid material across the business and continually improve the bid process

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications or related frields
- 5+ years experience in a graphic design, bid coordination, marketing or communications role
- Demonstrate the initiative the autonomously manage workloads an ability to work to multiple deadlines
- A strong eye for high quality design and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
