This is a busy 3 month contract with a top 4 bank, working on multiple events.

This position will see you situated within a small Learning & Development team, working for a Top 4 bank that prides themselves on excellence.
**Your new role**
A really exciting, varied project role; you will be working to support the Learning & Development team in running multiple events.
Working on a number of virtual and face to face events, your role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning
- Overseeing all events operations, including day-of activities
- Enhancing engagement of events through proactive marketing
- Tracking event key performance areas and identifying items to work on for future events based on satisfaction surveys conducted post event
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll need be proactive, able to efficiently adapt to an ever changing environment and work on multiple events. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. You will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internally and externally, continuously having a customer focused approach in all your conversations.
Previous experience in coordinating multiple events will see you excel in this position.
**What you'll get in return**
This is a dynamic role, focusing on a month of varied events. This is an excellent opportunity to further expand your existing events background and take on further ownership. You will be remunerated attractively at a day rate of $650, based on 8 hours.
