Project Analyst / Project Coordinator
**Start ASAP/after serving notice period**
**Contract: 6 months with extension possibility**
**Rate: AUD 550 - AUD 750/day**

**Your new role**

In this role you will be,
- Playing a key role in coordinating projects (completing and monitoring project plans, scheduling meetings, workshops/coaching sessions, project budgets).
- Supporting our project managers in project delivery (preparing materials for workshops, compiling, and proofreading reports, evaluating business cases, raising Purchase Orders and invoicing).
- Engaging in frequent stakeholder contact (stakeholder management, attending internal and external project meetings, managing meeting agendas and minutes).
- Scheduling project meetings and facilitating communication regarding project status to stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products suite, including Excel PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
- Working knowledge of project management software (eg Microsoft Project)
- Proven ability to understand & communicate technical concepts.
- Hands-on experience in the administrative coordination of projects in professional environments.
- Experience with the end-to-end project management life cycle, ie from conception to delivery & benefits realisation.
- Experienced in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a vendor / outsourced operating model, including the management of contracts, Purchase Orders, Timesheets & Invoices.
