**Your new role**
- Role Project Coordinator
- Duration: 3 - Month Contract
- Salary: $100 Ph + Super
- Onsite Job. Melbourne CBD or St Kilda / 3 Days Onsite
Key responsibilities would look like the following:
- Coordinating tasks with internal teams to ensure required infrastructure and systems are in place for site mobilisation
- Regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders on progress of mobilisation tasks
- Liaising with vendors to ensure required support and maintenance agreements are in place
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet site mobilisation deadlines
**What you'll need to succeed**
Tech Stack: Asana to track project activities and Microsoft 365 suite.
