In the role of Project Officer, Strategic Projects and Governance, you will be required to provide coordination, input and support to projects in the Strategic Projects and Governance team.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide project support for the Strategic Projects and Governance team including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions and distribution of all documentation within agreed timelines.
- Undertake research and analysis, assist with the preparation of presentations and other communications material, support delivery of events and other project activities within the Strategic Projects and Governance team.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, tools and procedures to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place for the ongoing operations of the team.
- Liaise with industry stakeholders, Queensland Government departments, and Local and Australian Government agencies as required.
- Prepare briefing notes, documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
- Other administration and project work as determined by the Director, Strategic Projects and Governance.
