Chinese Spearker-full Time Accounts Receivable

About EIC Australia:
Due to business expansion, We are looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable to join our Head Office team in Sydney.
Role Responsibilities:
- Cross check accounts receivable record with admission team record to make sure accounts receivable records are complete and accurate.
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Bank transactions bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate details reported on invoices
- Liaise with company accountant to allocate payment
- Follow up any outstanding invoices and update accounts receivable records for invoices been paid
Ideal applicants:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent time management and multi-task skills
- Highly efficiency and attention to details
- Demonstrating ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders and vendor management skills
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Experience with P.R.C accounting standards and reporting requirements is an advantage but not a must-have
- Experience with accounting software XERO is an advantage but not a must-have
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
