Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting Chinese students to promote the college's ELICOS programs.
- Manage and optimize the college’s Chinese-language marketing content, including websites, social media platforms, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns on Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and more.
- Build and maintain relationships with Chinese education agents, schools, and universities to increase student enrollment.
- Organize and attend recruitment events, fairs, and exhibitions in China, representing the college and promoting our programs.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and the needs of prospective students.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns to ensure goals are met.
- Provide cultural insights to the marketing team and ensure that campaigns are culturally relevant and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese education systems, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Chinese market.
- Experience in international student recruitment or education marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with an understanding of how to tailor marketing messages to a Chinese audience.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- A passion for education and helping international students achieve their goals.
