**Join Our Team as Sales & Marketing Coordinator**
We’re looking for a motivated and driven **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our expanding Marketing team. Based at our Support Office and reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this pivotal role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a business, commerce, or marketing background and 1-3 years’ experience who is eager to develop their career in healthcare marketing. You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient referrals, and clinic loyalty. With exposure to every aspect of the marketing mix, you’ll gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to grow in a fun, supportive and dynamic environment.
**Key focus of the role includes, but not limited to**:
- Coordinating the development and execution of digital, social media, and content marketing plans.
- Supporting the launch of new clinics in collaboration with the clinical, sales, and management teams.
- Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral, digital campaigns in conjunction with our in-house graphic design team.
- Helping to manage our dynamic event marketing programme to grow audience engagement with our brand.
- Digital Marketing including refining and optimising website content, SEO and SEM strategies, and analytics to help drive brand growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Help manage our sponsorships and partnerships with several Elite sports teams and not-for-profit organisations.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A degree in business, commerce or marketing degree (major in marketing is a plus)
- A genuine interest in healthcare marketing.
- Strong communication skills, ability to create engaging content and convey ideas clearly.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to projects.
- An eye for details and a collaborative mindset.
