**Role Overview**:
Are you a passionate and motivated real estate professional with a drive to help clients achieve their dream house? We are looking for a Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential clients, build relationships, and drive sales in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a key member of iCare, you will provide clients with valuable property insights, guide them through the investment process, and close sales effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Identify and follow up with leads and clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and virtual appointments, building strong, lasting relationships.
- **Property Presentations**: Conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information to support informed decision-making.
- **Sales Execution**: Manage a pipeline of clients, guiding them through each stage of the sales process to successful transaction closings.
- **Client Consultation**: Offer tailored property investment advice to help clients achieve their financial goals using iCare’s resources and expertise.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through dedicated support and exceptional service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Positive Attitude**: Proactive and optimistic mindset, ideal for a sales-driven environment.
- **Sales Experience (preferred)**: Previous experience in real estate or business development is advantageous but not required.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and go the extra mile for success.

- **Professionalism**: Strong communication skills, personal accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Cert IV in real estate practice or agent’s representative certification is preferred but not required.
- Sales or real estate experience is advantageous, particularly with a focus on property investment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in team collaboration.
