As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a dedicated **Client Service Manager** to join our passionate team.

**Role Overview**

The **Client Service Manager** plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences. You will manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and lead a small team to ensure smooth, compliant, and compassionate care across our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main contact for clients and NDIS participants.
- Manage service onboarding, agreements, and personalised support plans.
- Collaborate effectively with families, support coordinators, and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
- Handle scheduling, staff coordination, complaints, and process improvement.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance reporting.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community services (NDIS preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- A genuine passion for inclusive, person-centred care.
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability Support, Case Management, or similar.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
