We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team at **Mercer**. This role will be based in **Brisbane.** This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office and is offered on a **12-month, fixed term contract.**

As the **Senior Client Service Officer,** you will act as a critical link between our clients and financial advisors, managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards.

**We will count on you to**:

- Prepare Wealthsolver and Projections.
- Support advisers in the completion of paraplanning requests, Advice Documents (RoA’s), and File Notes.
- Serve as a contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
- Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- RG146 compliant
