An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to join Brandbank Group. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the strategic framework of our Lifestyle brands (allkinds, kikki.K & FINE-DAY).
This position holds overall responsibility for shaping the direction and positioning of our brands in the market. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in crafting a compelling brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart from competitors.
**THE ROLE**:
- Lead brand strategy development by conducting market research, analysing customer needs, and identifying differentiators. Align brand strategy with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars for all brands. Collaborate with the team to create campaigns aligned with the brand strategy, leveraging key milestones and events.
- Direct PR, events, and social media activities. Develop and execute campaigns aligned with the brand strategy, ensuring engaging content and optimized reach.
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to oversee brand campaigns. Provide guidance, feedback, and ensure campaigns are on-time, on-budget, and aligned with the brand strategy.
- Create and refine the digital marketing strategy. Identify new channels, optimize existing ones, and drive engagement and conversions for maximum ROI.
- Take charge of customer-facing elements of a new loyalty program. Develop program structure, benefits, marketing plan, and analyze effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with brand goals. Analyze customer data, create targeted campaigns, measure effectiveness, and refine strategies for improved engagement and loyalty.
- Create analytics roadmap for reactive/proactive marketing analysis. Collaborate with data analytics team, define key metrics and KPIs, develop reporting dashboards, and leverage insights for informed business decisions.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- Minimum 10-15 years in a similar role with extensive experience in Branding, PR, Advertising, Communications & Visual Merchandising
- FMCG experience
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Marketing discipline
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and reviewing successful brand strategies within budget.
- Previous experience managing social media agencies and brand content.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing and executing major brand campaigns.
- Deep understanding of national and international retailing landscapes.
- Outstanding business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a team
