**The Service**
Located in a beautiful area next to Mount Ridley College, **KU Craigieburn **is a stunning purpose built multicultural service that values diversity and inclusion; with families from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, this 74 place service plays an integral part within the Hume Council community.
KU Craigieburn has been independently assessed by the Department of Education and Training VIC under the National Quality Standards, and are proud to be rated as **Exceeding the National Quality Standard.**
**The Role**
This is an exciting permanent part time opportunity which will see you working 25 hours per week (5hrs per day) from 9am - 2pm.
You will provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service. In particular, you will be administering accounts payable, accounts receivable, fee processing and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families.
**_*Knowledge of Storypark Manage is highly desirable but not essential. _**
**To be successful in this position you will hold**:
- Experience in systems administration
- Proven financial experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Relationship-based communication skill
- Enjoy working in a team focused environment
- Be able to work independently
- Working With Children Check
