Craigieburn Early Learning Centre is a brand-new, purpose-built centre committed to delivering high-quality early learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for passionate and caring **Assistant Educators** to join our foundation team.

**About the Role**:
As an Assistant Educator, you’ll work closely with Lead Educators and Room Leaders to support the learning, development and wellbeing of the children in your care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support children’s routines, relationships, and individual needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Maintain a clean and organised learning space
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Complete observations and documentation as required
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet centre goals

**What We’re Looking For**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)
Passion for working with young children
A warm, respectful, and enthusiastic approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Current Working With Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Understanding of EYLF and NQS (training available for new educators)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.14 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
