Craigieburn Early Learning Centre is a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for local families.

We are seeking a motivated, organised and friendly **Centre Administrator** to be part of our foundation team. Whether you already have experience in childcare administration, or you're looking to learn and grow into this role, we’d love to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a highly organised, professional, and friendly **Childcare Centre Administrator** to join our growing team. This is a key position within the centre, responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the front office and compliance systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage enrolments, waitlists, and family communication
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory requirements
- Support the Centre Director with compliance, reporting and HR administration
- Coordinate staff rosters and attendance tracking
- Manage billing, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash
- Liaise with external providers and suppliers
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and child safety standards at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous admin experience (childcare preferred but not essential)
OR willingness to learn childcare administration with training provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and organisational skills
Friendly, team-focused, and proactive attitude
Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Knowledge of OWNA or similar systems is a bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.14 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
