**Please be advised we require previous Admin/Reception Experience preferably someone who has a Medical Background**

Home Caring Craigieburn company offers a range of services to both aged care and disabled clients, assisting them to remain in their own homes and maintain their independence.

Due to our organisational growth and increase in our client numbers serviced through our Home Care Package (HCP) Program, we are seeking to appoint a new Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
Full on the job training will be provided.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Providing information and communication with clients/representatives regarding available services.
- Scheduling new service requests as per support worker and client availability.
- Attending to incoming calls from support workers and clients with scheduling and service-related enquiries.
- Advising clients and carers in a timely manner of changes to care and service delivery.
- Maintain filing of documentation and general admin tasks.
- On boarding of new clients and new staff.
- Updates employee availability on a regular basis.
- Processes and enters leave forms that have been approved into the system.
- Works closely with Care Managers, clients and external service providers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff and other stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigieburn, VIC 3064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
