**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Payroll Officer** to join our team in **Lance Creek**.

Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, the main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Process all facets of pay runs, making adjustments to employee payments in line with changes/leaver/allowances
- Analysing Kronos time data as part of the payroll run to ensure compliance with Modern Awards and National Employment Standards
- Manage and provide resolutions to employee queries as required
- Ad hoc duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Formal qualifications in finance, accounting or similar
- Sound knowledge of Award interpretation and conditions
- Ideally ‘end to end’ payroll processing experience within Chris 21/Kronos
- Intermediate to high proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Resolve employee/manager queries quickly and effectively
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
