**About the role**

We are on the lookout for a super organised and dedicated
**Account Manager **to join our Kemps Petersons Receivables team in
**Southport, Gold Coast**. This role is a
**part-time** permanent position working
**3 days**
**per week**. Reporting to the Principal Solicitor, you will be responsible for collecting debt referred by our clients whilst complying with the Australian Debt Collection guidelines.

**Objectives**
- Analyse client accounts to negotiate payment of outstanding debt.
- Negotiate and monitor payment plans.
- Report statuses to clients on progress matters.
- Carry out internal or external investigations to locate debtors as required.
- Manage missed debtor payments and issues related notices.
- Maintain accurate account records ensuring all customer information is up to date.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder role in debt collection or AR, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- You’re known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal).
- You can professionally and sensitively deal with clients and third parties.
- You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
