About the Role
Reporting into the Program Manager, you'll operate within a complex business environment and engage with multiple stakeholders. You'll use your agile and continuous delivery experience, along with techniques/methods to deliver high quality projects.
Engage effectively with product owners and other business stakeholders;
Coaching of team members on Agile methodologies and guide them to increased levels of delivery maturity;
Support User Acceptance Testing and assist the team in estimating user stories;
Contribute extensively to the Inception and Program Increment Planning phases;
Plan and manage the schedule for each project; and
Engage in proactive risk management.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Project Manager role, with a strong background in digital delivery;
You'll be an inspirational leader, having experience managing small to medium sized teams previously;
Strong experience and track record of success in an agile environment delivering complex initiatives with interdependencies across multiple projects and domains, working with multiple agile delivery teams;
Exposure to an insurance company would be highly advantageous however not essential; and
Strong experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.
