Technology Delivery Team Lead job is a 12-Month Fixed-Term contract opportunity working for an established global financial services firm in North Sydney.

Your new company:
You will be working in a global company office in North Sydney which offers this exciting role on a contract-basis with the opportunity for permanency. Due to the growth of the company, it is seeking for a Delivery Team Lead with sound technical knowledge and management skills.

Your new role:
The Technology Delivery Team Lead role offers and exciting opportunity to bring what you have to the table and make a meaningful impact. You will support and deliver global, local and legacy workplace solutions across the ANZ region.

What you'll need to succeed:
You are a self-motivated dynamic person who has sound technical background and excellent management skills. You have experience growing in an IT support environment providing remote and face to face troubleshooting to users.
- Manage local product ownership of the global solutions being delivered which includes Citrix, Laptops/Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and Workspace One
- Liaise and support the Regional & Global delivery leads with operational task management and monitoring.
- Ability to respond to and resolve incidents and critical failures in a timely manner.
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks.
