About the role
As our Program Administrator - Post Education role, you'll also:
provide high-quality administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and composing correspondence.
respond to participant enquiries, ensuring accurate information and support are provided in line with program policies and procedures.
maintain and update records across multiple systems while adhering to deadlines and prioritising competing tasks effectively.

Skills & Experience
Strong administrative experience, preferably in education or health.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
Experience with program data management and stakeholder engagement.
