This role is an intial 6-month initial contract rolw within a long-term project with scope for extension. The organisation understand employees desires for hybrid working environments so have instilled hybrid WFH conditions.
**About the Role**
As the Program Administrator you will be reporting to the Head of Transformation Office/Governance Lead:
Your main functions will include:
- To provide administrative support to the Program and Transformation Office Team members.
- Assist with Program on-boarding/off-boarding activities, including provisioning of IT equipment and building security
- Provide support to broader resource management processes
- Maintain induction materials, organisational charts, and support team member integration into Program.
- Ad hoc reporting and minute/action taking
- Responsible for invoice processing, financial support for procurement/vendor management processes, timesheet review and reconciliation to invoices.
- Support for team events and initiatives, pulse surveys and other feedback loops to maintain/uplift engagement levels across the program.
**About You**
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar Program Administrator and/or Program Coordinator role
- Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and administrative support processes
- Experience working on a large Program and fast paced environment
- Project Management Foundation Certification (Prince 2, PMBOK) desirable
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience working autonomously with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in project financial management
