We have an exciting opportunity for a** People and Culture Manager** will play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate teams by focusing on integrating our head office teams structurally and culturally to support our growing national convenience and quick service restaurant offer. This role requires a strong generalist P&C skillset with extensive experience in people and culture practices, and a proven track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, providing expert advice and support on people and culture matters.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Implement people and culture strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance organisational performance.
- ** Organisational Effectiveness**:Provide support and guidance to senior stakeholders on best practice organisational design to streamline business processes and embed new operating models to support a growing business
- ** Change Management**: Support organisational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees throughout the process.
- ** Talent Management**: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- ** Performance Management**: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- ** HR Metrics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyse HR metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership on key people and culture indicators.
**Role requirements**:
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
- Post M&A integration experience (or similar)
- Strong understanding of people and culture processes, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a people and culture role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
