Taking a progressive approach to managing people, this is a new opportunity to create, own and develop the people and culture function, which is a vital enabler to the company’s performance and expansion plans.

Reporting to the General Manager, the **People and Culture Manager **is responsible for partnering with the business to develop and deliver organisational and people strategies. A greenfield opportunity, you will be responsible for talent management, job redesign, on-boarding and companywide operational hands-on HR matters. Establishing human resources processes and systems, you will have the opportunity to create new initiatives and platforms for reward and recognition, employee engagement and internal communication. An additional focus on process improvement initiatives, you will update policies and procedures and provide coaching and advice as part of the management team.

An experienced and qualified people and culture generalist, you will have a proven track record in building cohesive relationships, with broad experience to know what good HR looks like. Covering all facets of the employee lifecycle, your expertise will include employee relations, nurturing positive workplace culture, performance management and HR compliance. A team player, you will have a willingness to perform “hands on” operational tasks, whilst being able to think more broadly beyond the day to day, to achieve long term people strategies.
