We are on the lookout for our next Victorian Field Manager. The purpose of the Field Manager position is to effectively lead, coach and develop a highly successful team to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range whilst exploring new business opportunities.Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will be a highly motivated individual who can balance the core requirements of people leadership while also understanding how to influence results via engagement across diverse sales channels and departments.The role is a core execution arm, critical for bringing the Suntory Oceania strategy and values to life in trade.**This role will support the soft-drink arm of the organisation working with brands such as V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.**
