Intrinsic Allied Health (formerly Bridge to Health Physiotherapy) is an established holistic Physiotherapy and Allied Health clinic on Margaret Street, in the heart of Toowoomba.
Intrinsic Allied Health has recently joined the Intrinsic Health group and is on the search for a part-time Receptionist to join our passionate and positive workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for each and every patient, making it a personal experience for them & setting our practitioners up for success
- Ensure a positive and patient focused approach is maintained at reception and delivered via all communication mechanisms used in the clinic
Clinic administration, including (but not limited to):
- Process clinic payments through HICAPS, receipting and end of day reporting/reconciliation
- Ensure that the daily schedule runs smoothly and to time:
- Effective scheduling of client appointments for all practitioners
- Review & make changes where required to maximise productivity in the diary
- Provide support to each practitioner on a daily basis to ensure their day runs smoothly
- Effective and confidential management of patient records
- Open, sort and distribute all incoming mail
- Organisation of clinic cleaning/maintenance/day to day clinic appearance
**Essential**
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
- This is a client facing role so you must love interacting with people
- High level organisational skills and the ability to multitask and/or prioritise to meet deadlines in a busy clinic environment
- Possess a strong work ethic. You are someone who can be relied upon to get things done
- Can do attitude and able to own & solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail & strong numeracy skills
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
**Highly Desirable**
- Clinic (preferably physio) reception experience
- Experience using HICAPS
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably relevant to the position
