We currently have an opportunity within our Subaru Retail team for an enthusiastic, organised and customer driven Sales Consultant to join our dealership at Parramatta Subaru.

As a Sales Consultant, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships to keep our Subaru customers coming back time and time again. You will be responsible for the delivery of customer focused vehicle and aftermarket sales, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience that’s easy, effective and enjoyable. You will be an advocate for finance, insurance and other income opportunities for the business to ensure Inchcape is the world’s most trusted automotive retailer and distributor.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

- Thrives off achieving personal and site results to generate revenue above and beyond expectations;
- Will ensure all advice provided to customers, all site processes and ways of working are best practice;
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with a sales team to maximise results;
- Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges;
- Takes accountability and ownership to learn more about our products and competitor’s products to always successfully overcome customer objections;
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers always;
- Enjoys working in a retail environment.
