Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for connecting the online and bricks and mortar channels through targeted omnichannel marketing campaigns, as well as creating world class in-store activations and events across key customer journey touch points, to support trade goals and maintain market-leading brand positioning.

**As a Retail Marketing Executive, your tasks will include**:

- Informing and executing new and enticing retail promotions, working with the Merchandise team and Aje Retail and Wholesale Marketing Manager to build an annual/quarterly promotions calendar.
- Working with Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager, the wider retail team and Marketing Assistant, to plan and execute localised store launch campaigns to drive interest and foot traffic into new stores.
- Building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally, to ensure Aje & AJE ATHLETICA’s participation in marketing campaigns across all relevant on and offline marketing touch points.
- Working with the Aje Digital Marketing team and in consultation with the Senior Innovation & Growth Manager, drive foot traffic into stores through digital ads where relevant.
- Being a key marketing point of contact for AVM’s, store managers & senior members of the retail team.
- Supporting the David Jones Account Manager and Retail and Wholesale Marketing Manager with all marketing requests for David Jones across partnerships, store openings and other ad hoc opportunities and activities.

**You will bring**:

- 3-4+ years’ experience in consumer marketing (B2C)
- Strong communication skills that will be able to influence all team members and stakeholders no matter what position they hold
- Strong attention to detail, organising skills, scheduling, and work-flow planning.
- A creative and innovative approach to marketing
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- A sound understanding of marketing reporting
- An eagerness to learn about the evolving innovations and technologies within Retail Marketing
